Congrats to Drew Weaver (a distant relative… probably not… but then again… ya never know) who finished strong to become the first American since 1979 to win the British Amateur Championship. Weaver is a Junior at Virginia Tech who was only “100 yards away” when the VT Massacre began in Blacksburg, VA on April 16th of 2007.

It’s great to see “Weavers” of any tribe making positive headlines out there…
