.: boomer sooners…

We may live 1,455 miles (and roughly 22 hours, 47 minutes) away from Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium… but we will be catching a majority of our Oklahoma Sooners football games on the tube in 2007. We made a wise family decision today and purchased the ESPN GamePlan for College Football. Yahoo Billy!
Here is a quick-link to the schedule for your 2007 Oklahoma Sooners.

NOTE: We also added the Dish Network “Sports Package” that includes 22 sports channels for only five bucks a month. The BIG XII is featured mostly on FSN SouthWest… so this is going to ensure that we get to catch ALL of the SOONER-action and even do some scouting as Amanda and I prepare to share our MoJo with the SOONER NATION against our BIG XII panzi-foes.
ANOTHER NOTE: I wish we would have realized that this sports package was available for Dish Network for the bulk of the MLB season. We have been lamenting the fact that we have only seen ONE game that featured our beloved TEXAS RANGERS (against the hated Yanks on ESPN2) this season… but I already see several listed on the GUIDE in the next couple of weeks. NINETEEN GAMES out of FIRST PLACE? Time to make a run!!! (the Gers did complete a sweep of the W-Sox this week…)

The Rangers still suck! I went to the Demoliton Derby of North Texas. It was a lot of fun. Second most points scored in OU history. Bradford looked real good and set a record in the debut. Murray looked great. O-line dominated. Defense was excellent. North Texas was horrible but we showed a lot of promise. National Title? We have a great shot!

Thanks for the update. I was very pleased with the Sooner performance in the first game of the 2007 season. There were several in the top-10 who were unimpressive in their debut and even one that choked (badly).
We have a test in Miami this Saturday… it should be a good one. I hate the ‘Canes. A flippin duck for a mascot? What the hoohoodilly? What duck has ever even flown in a hurricane?
Time roll that SOONER SCHOONER!
