.: weav’s nfl draft predictions…
.: 2007 NFL DRAFT TOP TEN PREDICTIONS :.

2) Lions: (TRADE… another team drafts…) Brady Quinn, QB ND
3) Browns: Joe Thomas, OL Wisconsin
4) Bucs: Calvin Johnson, WR Georgia Tech
5) Cardinals: LaRon Landry, S LSU
6) Redskins: Gaines Adams, DE Clemson
7) Vikings: Leon Hall, CB Michigan
8) Falcons: Jamaal Anderson, DE Arkansas
9) Dolphins: Levi Brown, OT Penn State
10) Texans: Adrian Peterson, RB OU
.: WEAVER’s NOTES :.
.: Why only “TOP TEN”? Because I don’t have as much free time as some might think… and due to the fact that I only care to predict to the point that effects me most: the Houston Texans top pick.
.: I believe that there is “some” chance that the Lions’ GM Matt Millen will take another receiver with their top pick… but there is a much greater likelihood that they will trade down with this pick… or just take Brady Quinn as the next “Joey Harrington”.
.: Concerning A.D. (Adrian Peterson) falling to number 10… I am confident that this is simply my own wishful thinking… for two reasons… 1- A.D. will most likely be drafted by the Browns or someone else before he makes it to the Texans #10 pick… 2- The Texans might pull a “Heisman” and stiff-arm another potential franchise running back (read: 2006 NFL Draft… Reggie Bush) and all of their fans (read: ALL SEVENTEEN OF US WHO ARE STILL LEFT).
